Hi guys, please spend a couple of minutes to read the post, I'll not have my money back, or the item paied for, but I'd like to share my problem with you to avoid other bikers to be f***ed [it means "frauded"] from this seller! keep away from his store!!! Seller ID: wegtocycleparts Here the main milestones: Nov-10-07 15:25:50 PST auction ended Nov-11-07 PAYMENT SENT through Paypal Nov-13-07 an email confirm the shipping to Italy Nov-19-07 item delivered Nov-19-07 I write to the seller sending detailed pics of the DAMAGED ITEM Nov-22-07 no news and no answers, I write again Nov-27-07 finally they answer apologizing for the delay, email with pics arrived Nov-28-07 WE AGREE for the REFUND of the RETURN SHIPPING costs AND a NEW ITEM once received damaged one Dec-04-07 item shipped to US Jan-02-08 after almost one month without any news I write them ansking for an update Jan-04-08 finally they CONFIRM by email the DELIVERY Jan-20-08 I write them asking for the refund and the shipping Jan-21-08 they apologize for the delay..again, what a piece of news! Now starts a 'swap' of emails where they write me that the person who wrote the previous emails is no more in the company [but the surname is the same!!!], that they have to check for the returned package, that they can refund the mirrors but not the shipping as agreed and finally that the item did not arrive at all!! Then they disappeared leaving me a negative feedback ... to me! I have TONS of email proving the whole story!!! Now I'm late for a formal dispute and I know is my fault 'cause I was too much trusting (!!!), they took advantage of it loosing time, days..weeks..months! I'm out of time and nor eBay's Trust and Safety team neither Paypal will support me in any way so I had to report the people behind the ebay store to Police!!! !!!THEY HAVE MY MONEY AND MY ITEM!!! ..:: STAY AWAY FROM THIS EBAYER AND HIS STORE ::.. Tacky73 HD-XL1200R'05 PS. if someone is in Miami and needs a pair of ArlenNess RADIII mirrors..I paied for them, go and ask for!
