A 1974 Honda XL70 - just had a new carb kit put in - starts and idles fine- but when in neutral, if you open the throttle quickly it bogs down and stops running - when in neutral, if you open the throttle up 3 times or so, but not with a quick snap, then the 4th time and thereafter you can "snap accelerate" it without a miss or hesitation - the idle and air mixture are adjusted correctly - so what do you think?
