I know that many ask for.....? "Whats the Best way to ship a MC"? I'm always gonna say "freight" but, keep in mind ALL fluids must be drained and maybe without a battery for the best price? Keep in minda also that a FULL enclosure may? be required by the shipper. I've shipped a few bikes by freight (full enclosure) and mebbe spent 10hrs building the darned "crate" and another what? $100 in materials I was in my local HD store for some "freebe" stuff today and had to park waaaay around the back. They had stacks of steel shipping pallets WITH eyelets for tiedowns. Front, Back and both sides "forkliftable" built. I asked Sevice Dept "What do ya do with them"? "Send them back to the factory" AND the other service guy says "Or we sell them for $50"..... "Sweeeeeet" I'm thinkin 6hrs less to crate up
